Tenemos muchas novedades para la WordCamp Bilbao 2017, así que empezaremos viendo qué haremos el día 12 de Mayo por la tarde.

Ponencias en Euskera

En la WordCamp Bilbao del año pasado contamos con dos ponencias en Euskera. La idea era buena, pero no salió lo bien que se podría haber hecho. Al contar con 160 asistentes, y un buen número de ellos de las afueras, no hubo mucha asistencia en estas charlas.

Es por eso que, este año, tendremos 4 ponencias en Euskera que se celebrarán el Viernes 12.

Talleres de Iniciación

A la par que las ponencias en Euskera, contaremos con dos talleres de iniciación en WordPress. Queremos enseñar a aquellos que no saben qué es WordPress y a cómo empezar a utilizarlo, a que sean capaces de manejar su propio blog/página.

Estos talleres serán en castellano.

Acceso Gratuito

Aún siendo parte de la WordCamp Bilbao 2017, el acceso el viernes será gratuito y abierto, tanto para las ponencias como para los talleres.

Pintxo Pote

Siguiendo con la tradición comenzada en la WordCamp Bilbao 2016, realizaremos un Pintxo Pote en el Casco Viejo para que todo el mundo pueda reunirse, conocerse y hacer networking.

Turismo: Museo Guggenheim + Bilbao

Como tendremos visitantes de las afueras y que probablemente no sepan Euskera… prepararemos una ruta turística para que conozcan Bilbao.

La idea es que puedan conocer el Museo Guggenheim y hacer una visita guiada por Bilbao. La ruta turística terminará en el Casco Viejo dando inicio al Pintxo Pote con el total de la comunidad que desee participar.

Albiste asko ditugu WordCamp Bilbao 2017-rako, horregatik Maiatzak 12-ko arratsaldearekin hasiko gara.

Euskerazko Hitzaldiak

Pasadan urteko ekitaldian euskerazko 2 hitzaldi eduki genituen. Ideia oso ona zen, baina ez zen oso ondo irten. 160 pertsona bertaratu ziren, baina horietatik asko ez zekiten euskera, hay dela eta euskerazko hitzaldietan ez zeuden pertsona gehiegi.

Horregatik, urte honetan, euskerazko 4 hitzaldi edukiko ditugu, eta hauek Maiatzak 12an, ostirala, izango dira.

Euskerazko hitzaldiak egiten hari diren bitartean, bi WordPress-eko Tailerrak egingo dira.

Doainik

Ostirala WordCamp Bilbao 2017-ko parte izan arren, sarrera irekia eta doainikoa izango da, bai hitzaldiak zein tailerrak.

Pintxo Pote

Pasadan urtean Pintxo Potea eduki genuen Bilboko alde zaharrean eta urte honetan ere edukiko dugu.

Turismoa: Guggenheim Museum + Bilbo

Atzerriko jendea edukiko dugunez eta seguruenik ez dakitela euskeraz… Bilbo turismoa egiteko aukera izango dute.

Ideia da Guggenheim museoa bisitatzea eta Bilbon zehar ibilbide turistiko bat egitea. Ibilbide hay Bilboko alde zaharrean bukatuko da Pintxo Poteari hasiera emanez.

We have a lot of news for the WordCamp Bilbao 2017, so we will start with what we will do the May 12 in the afternoon.

Basque Talks

In the last WordCamp Bilbao we had 2 Basque talks. The idea was great, but it didn’t work as good as we intent. We had 160 attendees, but a lot of them where foreign people, so there where not too many people in the Basque talks.

That’s why, this year, we will have 4 Basque talks, but they will be the Friday 12.

Initiation Workshops

While the Basque talks are made, we will have two WordPress initiation Workshops. We want to teach people about WordPress and how to start using it, so they will be able to manage their own blog/website.

The workshops will be in Spanish.

Free Access

Even being part of the WordCamp Bilbao 2017, the access in Friday will be free and open, for the talks and the workshops.

Pintxo Pote

Following the tradition started in the WordCamp Bilbao 2016, we will have a Pintxo Pote in the Old Town of the city so everyone can meetup there, know each other and make some networking.

Tourism: Guggenheim Museum + Bilbao

As we will have foreign people (maybe you, the one that is reading the English versión of the article? :D) and they may not know Basque… we will plan a touristic guide around Bilbao.

The idea is to visit the Guggenheim Museum and have a touristic guide around Bilbao. The touristic guide will finish in the Old Town of Bilbao and will start with the Pintxo Pote open for everybody.
